I am pasionate about helping individuals overcome Mental Health challenges where individuals feel they may have not  had long term solutions or answers.

I have 30 years of working with trauma in a variety of roles and responsibilities, from working to deliver therapy to individuals suffering from trauma to management  roles.  

I have worked in youth services, social services, and therapeutic roles, addressing issues such as addictions, teenage pregnancy, sexual exploitation, concious parenting, Mental Health, Anger, Relationships, Abuse, and confidence & self-esteem building. 

After my personal experience of a tramatic birth, which led me to experience alot of pysical pain which resulted in the fear of pain (PTSD), combined with  the limited results I saw using talking therapies to treat Trauma at work, it led me to explore alternative methods on how to effectively treat trauma.  

It didn’t feel acceptable that individuals had limited choices and had to manage Mental Health challenges through medication and talking therapies only that may have taken them so far but not resolved their symptoms or the root causes of them.  In some cases leaving them with their symptoms to self manage.

I always wondered if there was a better, more effective ways to help people.  As this journey continued, and i kept training over the years in various pyscholigical moladities, somatics, kinesology, energy psychology,  I discovered that i needed to work more with the pre concious part of the brain. 

I watched and followed Bruce Lipton alot and knew i had to follow this path.  In the earlier days Bruce's work inspired me because he said we needed to work pre conciously.  He would say he didnt know how, but that was where all the wiring needed to take place.
I now treat individuals through a Trauma model that targets the root causes of Trauma and clears it at a sub concious level with a high sucess rate.
Focusing on how the mind and body connect to heal has been key to my sucess rate of treatment.  I am now in private practice and individuals travel to come and see me to treat trauma after talking therapies have been tried. Individuals also report their chronic conditions being more manageable and in some cases resolving.

Results should start to improve within 3-4 sessions after starting Trauma therapy, or there is an option to discontinue with the service.

Over several years, she developed a holistic approach that addresses the root causes of mental health issues, combining physical and mental healing techniques.

Finding a New Path to Healing

After experiencing a traumatic childbirth, which led to PTSD, Tasneem recognised the limitations of traditional medical treatments. This led her to pursue alternative therapies, realising that trauma requires a more integrated approach to healing. The model Tasneem uses integrates the body and the mind. Her personal journey drives the passion and effectiveness behind the services we offer today.

Trainee Psychologist

Hanaa is a trainee psychologist and assists in the planning and delivery of the mind spa workshops. She has worked in forensic mental health for 4 years.

Extensive Training

With extensive training in therapies such as EMDR, EFT, BWRT, Matrix Reimprinting, Psychological Kinesiology, NLP, and more, Tasneem combines her knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques and somatic practices to help clients heal from deep-rooted trauma. Her innovative approach helps individuals recover from mental health challenges, especially when traditional therapies and medication have not provided lasting results.

Trainee Psychologist

Hanaa is a trainee psychologist and assists in the planning and delivery of the mind spa workshops. She has worked in forensic Mental Health for 4 years. 

She has worked in hospitals with service users whom have been at crisis points.

Hanaa enjoys group work and training and helping people with their individual growth and transformation.

She also has experince of working with children and young people who are at risk of offending.

Hanaa is friendly, warm and committed to helping people overcome Mental Health challenges in a calm and non judgemental manner.
